History Group - Joseph Lister
This week at History Group we looked at Joseph Lister who was a British surgeon and pioneer of antiseptic surgery.
The children learned about his life and work, and completed a 'germ' workbook to find out why antiseptic surgery was so important.
They finished off by making treasure soap and taking a hand washing star chart home with them!
