Ponies and Cats!

On Saturday we went over to visit our friend Claire and her horses. She has 9 horses altogether, 7 geldings and 2 mares. Hannah's favourites are Cracker whom she used to ride, and Brandy. Brandy is the sweetest little pony, we went up to catch him in the field and then Hannah groomed him and petted him. She is very keen to go back soon and try him out as Claire has offered to give her some lessons on him!

 I bet you can't tell that i tried to take these pictures on my phone whilst holding on to Brandy's lead rein can you ??

On Sunday it was our cat Rosie's 15 birthday! We have had her since she was 8 weeks old, and over Christmas she became really unwell. She has failing kidneys and very limited eyesight, but is on blood pressure medication and is still happy and doing well. So, yesterday Hannah decided to make her a proper birthday celebration!!

She made a Happy Birthday banner,

Made a card and bought her a bottle of cat milk and wrapped it up,

and made a pass the parcel with a cat treat :-)
