Yoga

Hannah has been having one-on-one yoga sessions at Portsmouth Yoga  this month, and is learning a lot about calming herself down and helping herself to control her anxiety.

Yoga is awesome! I have struggled with anxiety myself and I have scoliosis and had chronic back pain. I practice yoga several times a week and it helps with both so much!!!! It is so great that Hannah is learning this at such a young age!
