Bugs, Butterflies and Ladybirds

For a tiny garden (about 15' by 15' ) we had the most astonishing amount of wildlife in it this morning! The Ivy, Buddleia and Veggies were surrounded by butterflies, the smaller plants had lots of ladybirds on them and the whole garden was wrapped up in spiders webs! We also had a really big dragonfly on the Buddleia which we think is a Hawker Dragonfly, the first one we've seen in the garden. There were four kinds of butterflies that we counted, Painted Lady, Large White, Small White and Holly Blue Butterfly. Hannah was in her element - bug hunting is one of her favourite things to do!

One of the many, MANY spiders in our garden!
